All logistics and marketing activities are set for Baratillo!

Four days to go and its Baratillo sa UP time!

Logistics activities are done. Extra security: booked. Tables and chairs: booked and for delivery on Wednesday. Sound system: all set. All we have to do is the actual setup on Wednesday.

Marketing Activities: Flyers have been delivered and most have been dispatched to UP (clap! clap!). The only places we need to give out to which we weren't able to give out during the last bazaar is the San Vicente Community near Philcoa and the offices along C.P. Garcia (I counted around 4 offices around the area). The flyers have been dispatched to the dorms and colleges and other offices in UP already. The banner is also up in ISSI, though I would have to put up another banner along the road. I'll be adding additional posters and directional signages come Tuesday and Wednesday to replenish the ones that got lost amongst the many posters in the waiting sheds that get posted everyday. Will also leave some in the MRT - Q Avenue and the LRT - Katipunan.

We are now in the last leg of getting last-minute bookings of concessionaires. To those who still want to make a booking, now's your chance. We still have a few slots left. We will be seeing a lot of the previous concessionaires (less the ones who will be in world trade on dec 4 though). We're expecting more at at least the same number of people in the Bazaar for All Seasons, so nows your chance to make some new shopper-friends! :-)
